About the service
The NHS Wales Common Ailments Service gives you convenient access to confidential advice and treatment for a range of everyday health problems. A pharmacist will assess your symptoms, explain the most appropriate next step and, where clinically suitable, provide treatment free through NHS Wales. If another service would be more appropriate, we will help guide you to the right care.
NHS Wales service: The Common Ailments Service is commissioned by NHS Wales and is available to people who live in Wales or are registered with a GP practice in Wales. It is not available to patients registered with an English GP practice.
