Tynewydd Pharmacy offers a range of private vaccination services for adults and children. Your appointment includes a clinical assessment, usually with Gareth, who will review your health, medicines, allergies and vaccination history before confirming whether the vaccination is suitable.
We will explain the recommended schedule, likely side effects and complete cost before you decide whether to proceed. If you may be eligible to receive the vaccination through the NHS, we will let you know.
The appropriate vaccination and schedule depend on factors including age, health, previous vaccinations and the reason protection is required. Please contact us if you are unsure which appointment to book.

Some vaccinations can be given at the same appointment, while others may need to be separated. We will confirm this after reviewing the vaccinations involved and your individual circumstances.

We will explain why vaccination is not currently recommended and, where appropriate, advise you to speak to your GP or another healthcare service. The clinical assessment is there to make sure vaccination is appropriate for your circumstances.
